The lower level of Sai Van Lake Square will be transformed into a ‘Hokkaido Village’, with 21 food stalls waiting for every discerning gourmet to explore.

To further facilitate residents and visitors during the Food Festival, electronic payment will be fully implemented on the site. Value-added and refund services are also available at the customer service desk.
